  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko for extra crispiness
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground preferred
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For frying
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prepare:
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pound Chicken:
    Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for quicker cooking.
  • Prepare Coating Stations:
    Bowl 1: Flour, salt, black pepper
    Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
    Bowl 3: Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
  • Coat the Chicken:
    Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then press into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  • Pan-Fry:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Bake to Finish:
    Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve:
