Instructions
 

  • Prep the Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add chicken broth and deglaze by scraping up browned bits. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Combine: Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over. Cover and cook on low for another 10–12 minutes until chicken is fully cooked through.
